It started with deception. When federal authorities tried to determine who was behind Flannery Associates because of national security concerns, the group used Delaware law to shield their identities. According to Congressman John Garamendi, an attorney only offered vague assurances not to worry. Now we are being asked not to worry again. We don’t need to worry about water, infrastructure, taxes, or those 10 “guarantees.” They point to the terms in the initiative as being binding and enforceable, but many of the terms are vague at best. I am opposed to the East Solano Plan because I am worried about the details that Flannery Associates will not disclose. They have a pattern of deception that should not be ignored.
