I have seen Vacaville and the surrounding areas change in the last 50 years. Yes some growth is inevitable but when a group of Millionaires decide to build their own city with 400,000 people and no care for what happens to the surrounding areas I have a problem with that. I think they are hoping that the common voter will be swayed by false promises and then we the voters will help pay for all the infrastructures needed. Not to mention lack of water and the eco systems that will be impacted, while they line their pockets. I will be voting no and I am encouraging all my family and friends to do the same
