This is the wrong place for a city this size. Some of the major issues are water, power, sewer, roads, fire protection, hospitals, schools, law enforcement. CF has stated they won’t incorporate which leaves the burden of these support services on the backs of existing tax payers. The roads that need to be widen could take 30 or more years if the money is found. Then the experts in climate say by 2070 this area can easily be flooded due to raising sea levels. Finally I don’t like being mislead / lied to and CEO Jan has done a lot of that – IMO
