The secrecy from the outset, the litigation as intimidation tactic, the unenforceable “guarantees” touted in promotional materials, the false representations in ads featuring outsiders posing as residents, the flat out refusal of the proponents to answer reasonable questions about infrastructure and water… this “project” is wholly devoid of any redeeming value to the community that is Solano County.
