I was born and raised in Rio Vista and I strongly disagree with the plan to turn our county ag land into a huge city. This benefits no one except the billionaires proposing the plan. The tactics they have used to purchase land and sue generational farmers show me that they can’t be trusted. This is not progress. Our county will be forever changed in the worst way.
