I worry about additional congestion on, already burdened, rural roads like Hwy. 12. Other infrastructure would need expansion and funding before that many additional residents were added. I feel that if the Flannery Group realy wanted to help the area out they should help build additional housing in one or more of the existing cities and help those cities expand their services.
