My biggest concerns are the water and impacts to the local wild life and fisheries. Our county has been in a drought for far to long. Some good rains did not change that all of a sudden. The average thst ESP has proposed are far below national and county averages by 40 gallons per person per day. Would we mot use numbers 1.5 or larger to account for above average and growth to an area. I feel if there was a surplus of water solano county would have already utilized it. Second traffic is already alot adding a population of that size will have a negative impact.
