I am against turning our beautiful precious farmland, home to endangered species, and valuable resources into a high density city of 400,000 people on a footprint half the size of Oakland. They promise jobs making 88,000 in their walking city, but won’t be able to afford the proposed million dollar row houses thus creating a bigger commute issue. They don’t care about the county, the current residents, or the environment, only their pockets.
