My main concern is Travis AFB, putting up solar panels will cause a problem for aircraft. Why buy the property around Travis and then say they won’t use it. CF was dishonest from the beginning by suing Farmers that didn’t want to sell. Then the lies on gathering signatures to get on the ballot. Buying Votes . Hwy 12 & 13 is an issue. Traffic is already bad and our Taxes will go up to cover the road reconstruction. Water, Schools, Police, Fire Dept., Hospitals, ambulance service, etc . We need our Farm Land.
