Solano County dies not have enough water fir the existing population, let alone 4000,000 more people. Highway 12, is the only existing highway the new proposed community could use. It is only 2 lanes, is already congested, and is in terrible shape. It cannot support a huge traffic increase. The bridge in Rio Vista is only 2 lanes and is raised frequently for water traffic. It cannot support the new proposed city. It already breaks down too often. It would also take away the wonderful rural land and wildlife enjoyed by farmers and ranchers. It endangers protected species. So many reasons to say no to this proposed development.
