400,000 people added to our already overcrowded highway 80 and other roads, along with other problems, especially WATER, we need to make sure they, with all their billions of dollars, cannot bulldoze their way into Solano County . They already bought up property that the owners didn’t want to sell taking some people to court and threatening others. If they are, from the beginning, dealing dishonestly with what they plan to do, I don’t believe we can trust them with anything they say.
