Build that community would drastically compound traffic and pollut our way better quality air, compared to the Bay Area. Just because somebody has lots of money to waste, doesn’t mean they can ignore our county ordnance about building a new separate city. They I’ll also be a threat to Travis AFB. I don’t see any plans for single family homes, just stack apartments.if people want to live like that than they should stay in the Bay Area. Further more they saying that their will be affordable housing at want cost? Construction cost is even more nowadays, so what would be the quality of construction for these homes. The will not be safe communities for long the homeless will migrate into their so called safe community.
